We love surprises, and so do Meghan and Neil. Their wedding day surprise was the best of all…each other!
Their “first look” at Houston Station in Nashville was one of the most touching we’ve seen all year, and Wightman Chapel at Scarritt-Bennet Center was alight with the glow of candles and the smiles of their families and friends as they tied the knot.
Derek and Kristy with Affordable Wedding Photography of Nashville were amazing to work with as usual, and Derek had a surprise in store for girlfriend Kristy at the end of the evening that you won’t want to miss (scroll to the bottom for more).
So now, without further ado, we present Meghan and Neil’s teaser video!

After a few tense moments and a room-by-room search of the building, Derek returned…leading Kristy by the hand to the dance floor (she had stepped out to get him a cappuccino!). To the tune of Train’s “Marry Me,” Derek dropped to one knee. Kristy said YES! and they danced together until the end of the song. Kristy showed us her ring right after, and boy what a rock it was! Congrats you guys, you deserve each other! (in the good way) 🙂
We’ve got one more teaser in store for you from our jam-packed month of October: Bailey and Traverse! Their wedding and reception at The Governor’s Club rocked The Pleasant Hill Mansion until the wee hours, and Bloom Photography captured it all in their stunning photos.

Regina and Sean’s wedding was nothing short of spectacular – just ask their guests! Many of them traveled to The Club at Old Stone in Bowling Green, KY from Russia to attend this once-in-a-lifetime event. A gorgeous outdoor ceremony followed by the reception to end all receptions. Food and drink kept coming for hours (I stopped counting at six courses!)…and we’ve never seen that many white roses in one place before. Breathtaking!
A sneak peek? Well, if you insist. 🙂

Stephanie and Christopher brought our May 2011 weddings to a close with quite a bang! Their wedding out at CJ’s Off the Square in Franklin was stunning. The light-hearted ceremony in the garden was followed by a reception only a few steps away, and their guests couldn’t have been happier for the newlywed couple!
As always, C.J., Amy and the rest of the CJ’s off the Square staff knocked it out of the park. Myrick Cowart with Myrick Studios captured the evening in photos…surviving a close encounter with a tipsy cicada.
Have a look! 🙂
And for the first time ever, we’ve put together an “alternate ending” version of this teaser video. Can you spot the difference?

You know those advertisements before movies that go on and on and on, one after another, until you’re wondering if the movie is ever going to start? And how exactly you’ve already eaten to the bottom of your bucket of popcorn? Well, this is nothing like that.
Rhiannon is a big fan of our movie trailer-style teaser videos, so we were super excited to create one of her very own. She and Duvale were married at Fisk Memorial Chapel in Nashville on a gorgeously sunny day in May. K Anderson with Frozen Moments Photography was right in the middle of the action, snapping photos like there was no tomorrow. We’ve worked with K many times and can’t say enough good things about that guy.
So, refill your popcorn and silence your cell phones. It’s showtime!
