1. Eligibility

Contest is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years or older as of the contest start date.

Employees of With This Ring Wedding Films + Photo, their immediate family members, and individuals living in the same  household are not eligible.
 
Void where prohibited by law.


2. Sponsor

The contest is sponsored by With This Ring Wedding Films + Photo, based in Nashville, Tennessee.


3. Entry Period

The contest begins on January 5, 2025 at 12:00 am and ends on February 14, 2025 at 6:00 pm, Central Time.  Winner will be announced on February 14, 2025 at 8:00 pm via a live social media event, details to be announced.


4. How to Enter

No purchase necessary to enter or win.

Entrants must complete the entry form available on http://withthisringvideo.com/wedding-video-giveaway and provide all required information.  Bonus entries are available by completing additional entry steps as stated on the entry form. 

Limit one entry form per person. Duplicate entries will be disqualified.

Winner's wedding date must fall on or between February 28, 2025 and December 31, 2026 to be eligible to win.


5. Prize

One (1) winner will receive a free wedding video package valued at $5,149.

The prize is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash or substituted for any other item.  Prize not valid in conjunction with any other discount, coupon, or percentage off.

The wedding must occur within a 100-mile radius of Nashville, TN, or additional travel fees may apply.


6.  Use of Engagement Photos and Videos

As part of the entry form, participants may upload engagement photos and/or videos to earn bonus entries into the contest.

By uploading these materials, participants grant With This Ring Wedding Films + Photo a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use the submitted photos and videos for promotional purposes related to this contest, including but not limited to social media posts, website features, and advertising campaigns.

Participants affirm that they own the rights to the submitted materials and have obtained any necessary permissions from all individuals featured in the photos or videos.

Submission of photos and videos is voluntary and will not impact eligibility for the base contest entry.

By checking the box agreeing to these contest rules, participants acknowledge and agree to the above terms regarding the use of submitted materials.


7. Winner Selection and Notification

The winner will be selected randomly from all eligible entries received during the entry period.

The winner will be announced during the live social media event and notified immediately following the event via email and phone.

If the winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within 5 business days, an alternate winner may be selected.


8. Conditions of Participation

By entering, participants agree to abide by these official rules and the decisions of the sponsor, which are final and binding.
The winner agrees to allow With This Ring Wedding Films + Photo to use their name, likeness, and wedding footage in promotional materials without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

The winner is responsible for any applicable taxes associated with the prize.


9. Limitations of Liability

The sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, incomplete, or illegible entries.

The sponsor is not responsible for technical failures, human errors, or other factors beyond their reasonable control that may affect the entry process.


10. Disputes

Any disputes arising from the contest will be governed by the laws of the state of Tennessee.

By participating, entrants agree that any disputes will be resolved individually, without resort to class action.


11. Privacy

Personal information collected during the contest will be used only for the purposes of administering the contest and in accordance with the sponsor’s privacy policy.


12. Additional Terms

The sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the contest if necessary due to unforeseen circumstances.

Any changes to the rules will be communicated promptly on the contest webpage.
