How it works
Shipped to you. Edited by us.
- 01We send your kit.
It arrives about 5 days before your wedding, shipped anywhere in the US or picked up in Nashville, with a quick-start card for great footage.
- 02Your people film.
Hand the cameras to your friends and family and let them catch the day from the inside: the toasts, the dance floor, the moments a crew would never see.
- 03Send it back.
Return it within 3 days after the wedding with the prepaid label in the box.
- 04We make it a film.
Our editors turn your footage into a 3 to 5 minute film, delivered with all your original clips about 4 to 6 weeks after your kit is back.
The details
- A deposit or card on file holds your kit while it's out.
- Normal wear is on us. If a kit is lost or damaged beyond normal use, we charge the repair or replacement cost.
- Late returns are $25 per day after the return date.
- The more you film, the better the film. Your guests are the camera crew, so the final film depends on the footage they bring us.

Do you ship Guest Lens anywhere?
Yes. We ship kits anywhere in the US, and Nashville couples can pick one up from us instead.
When does the kit arrive, and when does it go back?
It arrives about 5 days before your wedding. Send it back within 3 days after, using the prepaid return label in the box.
Who does the filming?
You and your people. Pass the cameras around to friends and family, and they film the day from the inside. Each kit comes with a quick-start card, so nobody needs experience.
How long is the finished film, and when do we get it?
A 3 to 5 minute edited film, plus all of your original footage, about 4 to 6 weeks after your kit is back with us.
What if our guests don't film much?
We make the most of whatever you capture. Because your guests are the camera crew, the more they film, the better the film. The quick-start card has easy tips to help.
Is Guest Lens the same as hiring a videographer?
No, and it's not meant to be. Guest Lens catches your day from your guests' point of view. A professional crew brings cinematic camera work, clean audio for your vows and toasts, and full-day coverage. Some couples book both.
What if something breaks or gets lost?
