How far ahead should we book?
Most dates are secured 9 to 12 months in advance. If your date is sooner, ask anyway.
Is the music licensed?
Yes. Every collection includes professionally licensed music.
Do you fly a drone at weddings?
Yes. All our drone pilots are FAA Part 107 certified and insured. Drone coverage is included in The Premiere and The Encore, plus The Reality Show, and available as an add-on with The Cinema.
What does full day mean?
Up to 12 hours of coverage, from getting ready through your send-off. Need longer? Extra hours are $250 each.
Will Brian film our wedding?
Brian personally leads the first wedding booked on any date. On some dates we take on more than one wedding, and each gets its own experienced lead. We keep a close eye on capacity so the quality never slips, and we'll always tell you exactly who's leading your day when you inquire.
Can we customize a collection?
Yes. All collections are fully customizable. Tell us what you're dreaming up.
How long until we get our film?
About 12 weeks from the day we have all your pre-production materials in hand, including your music selections if applicable.
Our toasts are at the rehearsal dinner. Can you film them?
Yes. More couples are moving toasts to the rehearsal dinner, so a wedding-day collection on its own would miss them. Add rehearsal dinner coverage for $750 and we'll be there for every word.
Do you travel? Are there travel fees?
Yes, we travel for weddings everywhere. Travel fees only apply to weddings 90 or more miles from Nashville.
