Couples bring us to Sicily, Tulum, Costa Rica and the coast of Washington for the same reasons they'd hire us at home: the look of the films and the people behind the cameras. Getting there is our job.

“I went out on a limb, asking Brian and Paris if they were available to fly to Taormina and for the first time in my wedding planning, they made the logistics seem so easy. Their style was the exact aesthetics/visuals that I was hoping for…”

It runs in the family

The best review is a second invitation.

Veronica & Massimo planned their wedding in Sicily from an ocean away and trusted us to fly in for it. The next year, Veronica’s sister Jessica and Seth asked us to film their two-day celebration at Hacienda el Carmen, outside Guadalajara, with plenty of familiar faces on the dance floor.

New inquiry

Hi Brian...You filmed my sister Vero’s wedding this past summer in Sicily. I was wondering if you were available to film my wedding this upcoming May in Hacienda el Carmen (Jalisco, Mexico).
Jessica, Veronica’s sister · Her first message to us, 2018

Tonya and Ori were in the bridal party at her cousin Tee’s wedding in Tulum. A few years later, she and Ori brought us back to Mexico for their own weekend: a day in the cenotes, a Jewish ceremony with Tee as her maid of honor, her brother’s fire performance and dragon dancers at the reception.

Introduction

Hi brian! I am so excited to introduce you (again) to my cousin Tonya and her fiancé ori. You all met at mine + Chris’s wedding since they were in our bridal party. They are planning their wedding at Mayakoba (Playa del Carmen, MX) on 12/4/22 and naturally I highly recommended you…Hopefully everything works out and we’ll all reunite in mx again 🤍

What travel costs

The trip costs what the trip costs. Nothing more.

When we come to you, you cover our actual travel expenses, and that's it. No fee for the hours we spend in the air, no markup and nothing padded in. Your collection is priced exactly as it would be at home, and the travel is listed on its own line in your proposal, so you can see exactly where every dollar goes.

We'd rather you choose us because you love our work than wonder whether a local team would have been the smarter buy.

Hiring from a distance

You haven't met us yet. Here's how that works.

  1. 01

Talk to Brian, not a sales team.

Video calls from the first conversation. You'll work with Brian directly, and you'll know exactly who's coming.

  2. 02

    We handle the logistics.

Flights, gear, arrival times and the timing around your weekend. You'll get a plan, not a list of questions.

  3. 03

    We do our homework.

Your venue, your light, sunset times, local drone rules. In the month before, Brian sets up a timeline call with you and your planner.

  4. 04

The same team as at home.

Kam has been with us for more than 12 years and leads our destination film work. Same crew, same eye, wherever you are.

In their words

They took the chance. Here's how it went.

They flew us in

Costa Rica
“Brian and his team are so great to work with and they made the process of organizing my destination wedding from Nashville to Costa Rica so much easier. They truly became part of our family.”
Jillian & Seth · Google review
Costa Rica
“I had the luxury of spending a week in Costa Rica last year for my little sister’s wedding. The time and detail put into all the footage they captured was apparent in the finished product.”
Jeran, Jillian’s brother · Facebook review
Tulum, Mexico
“Your video for my son and daughter-in-law’s wedding in Tulum, Mexico is exceptional! Truly beautiful and touching, with funny and sweet moments thrown in.”
Linda, Chris’s mom · Facebook review
Forks, Washington
“They traveled all the way to Forks,Washington in the cold of winter to document my day! And they were troopers through it all!”
Danielle & Brandon · Google review
Boston
“They even travelled all the way to Boston from Nashville to film it…No amount of light, or rather lack of, kept him from capturing the moment in beautiful clarity!”
Diana & David · Google review

They flew to Nashville

From Chicago
“Nashville was a destination wedding for us…He didn’t leave anything out which is what I needed considering that we weren’t from the local area.”
Tijuana & David · Google review
From Washington, DC
“Planning a wedding from Washington DC didn’t allow me the opportunity to meet Brian before the big day, but from the moment I met him I felt comfortable around him.”
Windy · WeddingWire review
Kind of a destination
“Our son’s wedding was in Nashville and was kind of a destination wedding. The bride & I planned the entire wedding not knowing any vendors personally or even any recommendations. We found Brian with With This Ring, and boy did we hit the jackpot!”
Vangie, mom of the groom · WeddingWire review
From out of state
“He was available whenever our schedule would allow us to meet (which was amazing since I lived out of state and only came to Nashville on some weekends)”

Getting married in Nashville from out of town?

Next stop

We'd love to see more of the world.

Europe, especially. If you're planning a wedding in Italy, Spain, Greece or anywhere with old stone and late dinners, we'd love to hear about it.

And Southeast Asia is on our bucket list. Brian has traveled there four times and has never filmed a wedding there. If that's where you're getting married, we're already packing.

Destination questions

Good questions.

Do you charge extra to travel?

Only what the trip actually costs: flights, lodging, getting around and any fees to bring our gear. Nothing for our travel time, no markup and no padding. Within 90 miles of Nashville there is no travel cost at all.

Why bring a team in instead of hiring someone local?

Most couples who fly us in do it because they love the look of our films and want to work with people they already trust. We do our homework on your venue, your light and your timeline before we arrive, and we work hand in hand with your planner and venue team.

Will we meet before the wedding?

Yes, by video call. You work with Brian directly from the first conversation, and in the month before the wedding he sets up a timeline call with you (and your planner, if you have one). If you are ever in Nashville, we are happy to meet in person too.

Who travels with us?

The same team you would get at home. Kam, who has been with us for more than 12 years, leads our destination film work, and your crew depends on the collection you book.

Can you bring the drone?

Often, yes. Our pilots are FAA Part 107 certified and insured, and drone rules change from country to country (and venue to venue), so we check the local rules before we pack one.

Do you film destination Indian weddings?

Yes. We have filmed multi-day Hindu, Sikh and fusion celebrations in New York, New Jersey, New Orleans and beyond, and we know how those weekends unfold.
