Union Station Hotel
Wedding video + photos
A turreted railway station from 1900, now a hotel on Broadway, with a 65-foot barrel-vaulted stained glass ceiling over the Grand Lobby. It films like a movie set. Stephanie and Jacob's wedding here moved from whispered vows to bouzouki on the terrace.
A film we shot at Union Station Hotel

Quick facts

- Grand Lobby: 65-foot barrel-vaulted ceiling with stained glass
- Downtown Nashville at 1001 Broadway
- Receptions of up to about 300 guests in the Grand Lobby
From behind the camera
Filming at Union Station Hotel: what we've learned.
- The ceremony
- The Grand Lobby is the showstopper, right under the stained glass. The Dixie Flyer and Hummingbird Rooms just off the lobby, with their original stained glass windows, are a more intimate option.
- The reception
- The Grand Lobby, or the covered outdoor Veranda. The open-air Trestle beneath the Broadway Bridge is another option.
- If it rains
- The Veranda is covered, so it works rain or shine, and the Grand Lobby and side rooms are all indoors.
